An interesting feather.  The color was iridescent viridian.  A really nice color, but this had too many tears in the feather.  I did take some pictures of the root area, but this one had a better look.

This was an interesting project.  The mesh gives some interesting views and make for some really nice back lit photos.

This is a flower that is tiny.  I think it is about an inch in size.  I love these little flowers.  They have such beautiful texture and color.

I was working with the remote of the new helicopter I got.  I noticed the blue led lights that were in it.  So I started to make closeup shots of them.  I processed them and this is one I call Blue.

::Dancing Lights::

I had to stop at the store for work this evening.  I liked how the rain drops were on my windshield and then the lights on the building and the reflections on the cars.  I took this with my phone camera the HD2.

I've included the second edited.

Something I decided to do was shoot these fake grapes.  Up close they look more like cherries.

::Demons in Crystal Shards::

I must say.  Every time I take and look at crystals, especially the raw unfinished crystals, I am amazed at what becomes visible.  Could it be true, about crystals and their mystical properties and uses?  This tiny crystal, has been with me for over ten years, until today, I never expected to see this staring me in the face.  It is just amazing!  I wonder what the story behind this crystal is.  Is it a smaller piece of the larger crystal the once belonged to a powerful psychic, who used it to channel spirits, or better, demons, to do their bidding.  It just seems odd that I have this one piece and so much is being revealed, just by looking into it.  Could this be what they see when they go into their trance and channel a spirit?

::A Room with a Warped View::

This one took time to come up with.  I studied it and looked at different angles.  This one, by far is the best.

::Liquid Glass::

I am completely intrigued by glass.  I like how light and shadow dance in it.

::A Friend Re-Visited::

I've been going back to this subject lots of times.  I cannot get over the many possibilities of it.  Just by changing the direction of the light.  I guess you could say that of a lot of things.  This was a fun project.  I have other images that I liked from this series.  I'll post them to my website at the end of the month.

::Color Tension::

This image gives me a tense feeling.  So I titled it so.  It looks like color being pulled apart.

A small craft at take off.

This was so much fun.  I had help, of course!  I have several other photos I liked, but this is the one that has more motion.

::Warped Reflections::

I was working with a magnifying glass and saw the reflection.  So I took several shots of it in portrait, landscape and magnified.

::Light Build - Test One::

Had an old computer power supply, so I took some wires from it and built this lamp.  I used a blue background.  This bulb was running off of three AAA batteries.

::Ribbon Flower::

I was playing around with this ribbon.  It was some left over ribbon from when I worked at Godiva.  I had made a rose from some red ribbon and then I decided to make one with this green ribbon.  It is wire mesh and difficult to work with.  Here is the result of my efforts.

A walk on the golden wild side.  These were interesting when I saw them.  I took them down and shot them individually then grouped them together and like how the reflections looked.

::Color Abstract::

There are several crystals or should I say, plastic gems, behind this clear one.  I love how the colors come through.  These have been with me for a very long time.  This is the first time I have actually photographed them. This one is a keeper, it's going to get printed large!

::Intimate Rotini::

I was looking for the nice color that translucent subjects give off when back lit.  This Rotini did a wonderful job with the color yellow.  Above color is lightest and then you have a deeper yellow with the shadow playing nicely above them all.

::A Warm Neptune::

I would imagine that the warm planet Neptune would be so beautiful, its oceans bubbling with yellow lava in a sea of blue, the horizon brilliantly lit with spectacular yellows and aqua skies, drops of water falling upward to the stars only to return to the surface of the blue ocean as lances of ice.
